Welcome to Hill Country Counseling Associates, where we provide exceptional counseling services in a discreet and non-judgmental environment.

Clients may schedule their own appointment online and complete the online Intake.  Prior to doing this, be sure to call the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm that you have mental health benefits and whether or not you require a referral. They will also be able to tell you if you have a deductible and/or co-pay, if you require preauthorization or are limited in the number of sessions that are covered. We want you to know exactly what your coverage will be before you schedule an appointment.

Once you've done this, visit our "Getting Started" page and "Therapists" page to make sure your preferred counselor accepts your insurance and is available on the days/times that are convenient for you.
